糖尿病是現今生活的一種常見慢性病,長期高血糖容易造成細小血管的損傷和免疫能力低下,進一步導緻糖尿病人容易遭受細菌感染并久治不愈。傳統抗生素的過度使用濫用引起新型耐藥細菌的出現和細菌感染加重。銀作為古老而傳統的廣譜抗菌材料且不易産生細菌耐藥已受到廣泛關注。與普通銀相比,近年來興起的銀納米顆粒顯著增強的抗菌能力和明顯降低的生物毒性已在生物材料、生物醫學等領域廣泛研究和使用。但常規方法得到的Ag NPs極易團聚不僅降低了其臨床應用效果,長期高濃度使用也容易引起的細胞毒性。

2003网站太阳集团劉斌副教授課題組針對納米銀材料的團聚和抗菌效能問題,創造性的将銀納米粒子鑲嵌在具有良好光熱性能的普魯士藍納米複合物表面,構建了一種雙模式納米抗菌複合物,結合近紅外光激光照射技術,有效地促進了糖尿病小鼠多藥耐藥菌感染傷口的快速愈合。體外研究顯示:這種聯合抗菌策略通過破壞細胞完整性、産生ROS、降低ATP、氧化GSH等途徑發揮抗多藥耐藥菌MRSA作用;體内實驗表明:該策略通過減輕局部炎症反應和誘導創面血管内皮生長因子表達來促進MRSA感染的糖尿病創面愈合。研究結果以論文形式發表在生物材料Top期刊Biomaterials(10.1016/j.biomaterials.2020.119936),并已同步申請專利(CN201911347212.6),為後續産品研發奠定了堅實的基礎。論文第一單位為2003网站太阳集团,第一作者為2003网站太阳集团童春義副教授、湖南師範大學鐘祥華碩士生和楊粵軍教授,2003网站太阳集团劉斌副教授和湖南中醫藥大學王炜教授為并列通訊作者。

近年來,該研究團隊在劉斌博士的帶領下,圍繞新型納米生物材料在抗腫瘤、抗菌領域和天然藥物靶向篩選領域中的應用開展了較系統的研究,得到了一系列具有重要理論價值和應用前景的研究工作,在BiomaterialsAnalytical ChemistryChemical CommunicationsNanomedicineBiomaterials ScienceScience Bulletin等權威期刊發表論文30多篇。
